A superyacht is the only platform that gives you unlimited access to rare and unique experiences - discover vast icescapes, dive to the darkest depths of the oceans through caves, and swim with whales in the Pacific Ocean.
If adrenaline-fuelled travel is your thing, you’ll know that a superyacht can unlock some of the world’s most thrilling experiences. Yachts offer the opportunity to access the most remote corners of the planet, and with everything from helipads, submarines and the most high-octane water toys on board, there’s never been a better time to start planning your next thrill-seeking adventure.
Greenland is one of the most spectacular places to ski in the world. And the best way to discover its powdery slopes is from the helideck of a superyacht. With the help of a helicopter to lift you from your yacht’s helipad high up into the most heavily glaciated, dramatic mountains imaginable, you can spend a day of sensational skiing, then return to the comfort of your waiting yacht.
Kite surfing in Fiji’s coral coast is one of the most exhilarating experiences you can have on the water. Not only does the region offer the tropical mainstays of copious sunshine, sublime coconut-lined strips of sand and dazzlingly blue, warm water, but, flanked by a fringing reef that meets the Pacific Ocean head on, it also offers some of the most renowned surf breaks on the planet.
Head to Antarctica’s Deception island, strip down to your swimming shorts, and prepare yourself for the coldest few minutes of your life. A sensation that can be likened to swimming in a giant gin and tonic, this icy immersion will spike your adrenaline and leave you feeling positively euphoric as you retreat to your yacht’s on-deck Jacuzzi.
There is one that stands out as the ultimate experience - swimming with humpback whales. It’s rare that an opportunity like this arises; the chance to swim next to one of the great gentle giants of the ocean. Humpback whales or Megaptera novaengliae as they are scientifically known which translates to “Big Winged New Englander” are known to migrate to the southern Pacific for breeding season.

There is just one volcano on earth that you can go inside, let alone dine in, and it’s in Iceland. This adventure starts with a journey – by helicopter, to Iceland’s Blue Mountains, a craggy expanse of lava fields and volcanoes that is punctured by peaks rising up through the mist. As you glide over the rugged, isolated landscape, you will approach Thrihnukagigur or “Three Peaks Crater” — your doorway to the Earth’s centre. An open cage elevator is lowered down to the volcano’s 4000-year-old magna chamber.
