Our team members are active participants in trade associations and industry think tanks, all passionate about driving progress. And we bring together a dynamic and ever-evolving network of crews, captains, yards, clients, and thought leaders to keep excellence in yachting moving forward.

Diverse and Far Reaching
We manage over 100 large yacht operations, from traditional operations to private fleets, special purpose yachts, exploration vessels and regatta racing teams. Our global team has a vast breadth of in-house expertise spanning sales, purchase, charter, management, new construction and refit.

Y.CO remains 100% privately owned by our co-founders, allowing us to foster unique relationships, offer an intimate, highly bespoke service to our clients, and establish a network of trusted partners all over the globe, including every major European shipyard.
We promise absolute confidentiality and build relationships that last for decades, staying by our clients’ sides at every stage of their yachting journey.
FUTURE FORWARD
We want to leave the yachting industry in a better place. Already, our teams, crews and owners are quietly making a big difference in lots of little ways.
We partner with nonprofits such as the Rocky Mountain Institute and YachtAid Global to make a positive impact through humanitarian aid, disaster response programs and efforts to accelerate the green energy transition. By 2030, we aim to reduce overall fleet emissions by at least 20% through the integration of new technology and operational efficiency. And we’re helping our clients make a positive contribution through emissions compensation programmes, crew welfare initiatives or by equipping their yachts to aid in research or humanitarian missions.
