When Italy and Turkey come together, the result is 58m motor yacht Baraka. Built by Proteksan Turquoise and designed inside and out by Francesco Paszkowski, the 2010 full-displacement beauty wraps a steel hull around 899 GT of interior volume. A proven yacht platform short-listed for multiple awards, it brings space, grace and pace to the table, every time.

On Board
The Riviera pool on Baraka’s elongated sun deck forms the hub of al fresco life. Bikini splashes are guaranteed, at anchor or underway, surrounded by sunpads and sunsets. The addition of a wet bar nods at socialising. The considerable 14-person dining area speaks of lingering dining. But the sauna blows all other sundecks out of the water.

The beach club is where the action happens, with spades of deck space for all guests. Bright pillar box red outdoor sofas and chairs provide front row seats on the watersports theatrics – close to the sea, yet far enough removed to stay dry. It’s a shaded haven that allows all ages and abilities to enjoy time spent together by the water’s edge.
On Board
Modern, sleek and pristine, Baraka’s interior design is a lesson in chilled recreation. Dark wood flooring and light, bright spaces emphasise the yacht’s interior volume and sense of height in each room. Subtle LEDs and a clean, textured palette bring cool sophistication with an Italian touch of elegance, accented with pops of bright colour to symbolise the spice of life.

Service
Service
Matching Baraka’s 12 guests with 13 crew, onboard service is second to none. But the journey from sea to sprawling sundeck is made simpler still with the addition of an extra-wide wheelchair-enabled ladder and an access-all-areas elevator. Yet another example of how this yacht rises to the occasion.
Toys
Toys
With two tenders, including a 9.5m Lomac Adrenalina, Baraka brings its A game to the toy department. Rigid and inflatable kayaks, both single and double, allow for group exploration. Kneeboards, surfboards, wakeboards and paddle boards provide endless entertainment, while the inflatables – including a towable banana and donut – induce the screams.
