Vincent Kobylinski

My Story

I grew up in the south of France where the coastline meets the mountains and I’ve been chasing that balance ever since. My studies in Law took me as far as Australia, where a spontaneous opportunity to work on a yacht marked a turning point which reshaped my life and future vision. I went on to complete a Master’s degree in Business Law and worked briefly as a legal advisor in a law firm, however it didn’t take long before I found myself back on deck, trading suits for sea spray. Being part of Y.CO allows me to blend both worlds, drawing on my legal background and hands-on yachting experience to guide clients with authenticity and ease.

Outside of work, I stay active and engaged: racing classic yachts in end-of-season regattas, carving snowy slopes, running rugged trails with my dogs, or battling it out in a water polo match. I’ve always been drawn to variety and momentum, both in my work and my free time. But I also make space for life’s slower pleasures, good meals, good company, and time spent with family and friends. This active, varied lifestyle keeps me inspired and grounded, both professionally and personally.
