Rebecca Mulhern

My Story

Originally from the North Island of New Zealand, I grew up surrounded by the outdoors—adventure, wildlife, and the ocean were a natural part of life. I began my career designing and delivering training content for a major telecommunications company in New Zealand and the Philippines. A close friend who worked as a yacht chef introduced me to the world of yachting, and I saw an exciting opportunity to apply my communication and customer service skills to a new industry.

Over the next seven years, I worked on yachts up to 60m, progressing from Sole Stewardess to Chief Stewardess on busy private and charter vessels. I thrived in the dynamic environment—teamwork, travel, delivering exceptional guest experiences—all of which fueled my passion for the industry. After moving ashore to Monaco, I continued my journey in yachting by training stewardesses with the Crew Academy, both onshore and on board. I then spent 4.5 years at Edmiston before joining Y.CO in 2023 as a Client Manager, where I now bring together my experience, enthusiasm, and dedication to deliver the best possible service to our clients.
