As Office & HR Support, you will play a dual role in maintaining an efficient, welcoming office environment while supporting our HR functions. In Office Management, you’ll be responsible of daily operations, from managing supplies and vendor relationships to coordinating meeting room schedules and office budget. You’ll also oversee IT and telecommunications setups, ensuring everything runs smoothly. With a professional and warm demeanor, you’ll welcome visitors, handle calls, and organize company events that the whole team will enjoy. Additionally, you’ll assist with local recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs, while supporting wellness initiatives. Your role will be integral to creating a workplace that’s both professional and positive, where team members feel supported from day one. You will also actively participate in all our sponsored sustainability programs.
You are highly organized and manage your time effectively
You have excellent communication skills, and are fluent in English
You are well presented and consistently maintain a professional attitude.
You are enthusiastic, approachable and always bring energy and positivity
Minimum 1-year relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field a plus
Proficient use of administrative tools such as Microsoft Office and Excel
