In this key position of Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for the coordination of every aspect of the Chairman’s calendar management. You will apply your exceptional organisational skills to ensure the Chairman’s time is optimally planned and efficiently used. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will act as the primary point of contact for the Chairman with both external stakeholders and employees. You will ensure the Chairman is briefed on his schedule and ongoing project task list at all times. You will manage all written communication and day-to-day administration as well as coordinate all travel arrangements including preparing travel documents, booking flights, transfers and hotel bookings. You will also be responsible for preparing the Chairman’s monthly expense reports. Additionally, you will actively participate in all Y.CO sponsored sustainability programs. This is a full-time position based in Monaco.

You are fluent in both French and English

You are thorough with excellent attention to detail

You maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality

You have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

You have excellent problem-solving skills

You are proactive in your approach

Qualifications

Three or more years of experience in a similar role

Proficient in Microsoft Office
