Charter Manager

As a Charter Manager, you will drive revenue by securing bookings for a designated portfolio of Central Agency (CA) yachts while fostering high-level relationships with Owners, charter brokers, and crew. This role involves high-impact prospecting to expand the Y.CO fleet and collaborating with the Creative team to execute strategic marketing initiatives. Leveraging your yachting industry expertise, you will manage the end-to-end charter process, from complex negotiations and MYBA E-Contracts to data management within Salesforce. You must possess exceptional communication skills to deliver precise internal reporting and support the growth of the CA fleet. A proactive, solution-oriented professional, you will thrive in our dynamic environment by effectively managing key stakeholder relationships and working with an excellent team, crew, and fleet of yachts.

Qualifications Required

Minimum 5 years’ Charter Management experience

Previous Yachtfolio and E-Contract Access

Strong MS office skills

Salesforce knowledge (not required but is a plus)

You have an extensive knowledge of the worldwide charter fleet, contracts and addendums, KYC requirements, manning regulations, VAT and importation regulations, flag state requirements, and commercial use of yachts

Required to travel for yacht shows and inspections
