Yacht Accounts Administration

As a member of the Yacht Accounting team, you will be required to provide payment, bookkeeping and clerical support to ensure key functions are performed in a timely and secure manner to meet Client contractual obligations. Your strong attention to detail will serve you well when checking wire instructions, reconciling accounts, posting accounting journals and completing other daily functions to support the team of accountants. You will play a key part in ensuring that banking, compliance and anti-fraud procedures are correctly followed. You will also actively participate in all Y.CO sponsored sustainability programs. You will enjoy the challenge of working in a dynamic environment and you will look to promote a high standard of organisational efficiency within the team. You have a proactive attitude and are keen to form strong relationships with the Y.CO team. This role is based in Fort Lauderdale and is a fixed term position.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

You are a strong team player whilst being able to work independently.

You are highly organised with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

Qualifications

Fluent in English

Strong computing skills (MS Excel)

Relevant experience in a similar administrative role
