On day one of your Elena yacht charter, arrive in Antigua, where the Captain will meet you at the airport and escort you to Green Island where regatta sailing yacht Elena is waiting for you at anchor. During the afternoon relax on board and swim in the crystal-clear waters before enjoying a fantastic dinner on board at sunset.

Green Island

Green island is so stunning it warrants a second day, so enjoy some diving and explore the beautiful pristine beaches by tender and on foot. Harmony Hall on the east coast of Antigua is an excellent destination for lunch or dinner and you can enjoy a massage beforehand too.

Barbuda

Sail to Barbuda on board classic charter yacht Elena, home of the best beaches in the Caribbean with long, wide stretches of white sand. Visit the world’s largest Frigate bird colony and buy lobsters from the local fisherman for your chef to prepare for dinner on board. Anchor in a secluded bay overnight.

Five Islands Peninsula

After a relaxing lunch of fresh seafood, sail to Five Islands Peninsula, a group of four crescent-shaped beaches located on Antigua’s Northwest Coast. Enjoy an afternoon of swimming, relaxing and water sports. Dine on board and spend the evening at anchor.

English Harbour

Sail to English Harbour and explore this stunning 18th century dockyards, visiting the shipwrights and other beautiful buildings which remain. Meanwhile your crew will be preparing charter yacht Elena for racing. Try dinner ashore, overlooking all the yachts form HQ, the French restaurant located on the waterside of the historic Nelsons dockyard.

Racing practice! Experience the true sailing power of Elena and allow guests who wish to take part in the regatta to familiarise themselves with their role, the rig, fellow race crew and the format of the regattas. In the evening relax and enjoy the amazing atmosphere as crews and Owners from all over the world gather together in this stunning harbour for one of the biggest regattas of the year.

Racing

Participate in Antigua Classic Yacht Regatta, one of the premier sailing regattas in the world, on board your charter yacht ELENA. Races take place in the morning just outside Falmouth Harbour allowing plenty of spectators to enjoy the sight of these magnificent sailing yachts doing battle form the shore. After racing, guests can either enjoy lunch on board or return to the harbour to spend the afternoon as they please. The event is extremely convivial and there are several social events should guests wish to join in and meet other yachting enthusiasts. The week culminates with a prize giving and spectacular celebrations in Nelsons Dockyard which mark the end of this amazing regatta. Once all the celebrations are over guests can depart for the nearby airport.
