As Online Content Support, you'll be pivotal in our dynamic team, crafting compelling content to showcase Y.CO across web and social platforms. Your skills in written communication will shape our online presence, ensuring accuracy and alignment with our brand. Utilizing SEO expertise, you'll optimize web content and contribute innovative ideas to enhance campaigns. Collaborating with the Creative Team, you'll assist in planning and executing layouts for various content types. Your passion for digital marketing and social media will drive brand growth, while your analytical abilities will guide campaign optimization. You'll also actively engage in Y.CO's sustainability programs. This role offers a fast-paced environment for learning and gaining experience in digital marketing.

About You

You have excellent written and verbal communication, fluency in English is essential

You are a highly motivated individual who is passionate about digital marketing and producing tangible results.

You have enjoy creative writing.

You have an excellent eye for detail and you’re highly organized.

You have strong interpersonal skills.

You are a self-starter and can work with minimal supervision, in a team that spans multiple offices.

You are driven and strive for continuous improvement, with the ability to take the initiative to suggest new processes or projects.

You excel working in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines with ease.

Qualifications

2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role is essential

Proven experience creating digital content

Well versed in using content management systems

Excellent understanding of SEO and digital best practices

Familiar with digital analytics, metrics and the tools to monitor, manage and evaluate them

Proficient in social media marketing

Previous experience of running digital marketing campaigns required

Experience using Microsoft Excel

Ability to travel to other Y.CO offices occasionally

Experience in setting up and optimising PPC campaigns is advantageous

Photoshop and InDesign knowledge is advantageous
