In the key role of Company Accounts in our Auckland office, you will play a crucial role in overseeing Y.CO’s Pacific’s financial data and compliance by maintaining the accounts receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. With your strong financial acumen, you will maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, posting transactions and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. You will prepare financial reports and assist in defining bookkeeping policies. You are highly organised and able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with the ability to meet strict deadlines. You communicate effectively with Clients as well as the Y.CO team. In addition, you will assist the wider Yacht Management team with Yacht Accounts deliverables for local and international yachts and will actively participate in all Y.CO sponsored sustainability programs.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience in a similar finance role is necessary.

Excellent understanding of the principles of finance, bookkeeping and accounting.

Experience using Accounting software.
