Ernest Hemingway made the Bahamas a deep-sea fishing destination when he trawled for tuna and marlin in his 38’ fishing boat. You can follow his lead in the Exumas by booking Sealyon’s 39’ Midnight Express tender which is longer, and far faster. Hook a mahi-mahi in the morning and Chef will serve it for lunch.
